Bill grew up in Bismarck attending Shiloh Christian School and went to college at Jamestown University. After graduating, Bill returned to Bismarck and worked with a home remodeling company while starting to invest in real estate. His work as a general contractor and as a property owner and manager lead him to become a “real estate nerd”. In 2017 Bill decided to start helping his friends and family with their real estate purchases and sales and obtained his Realtors license. Due to his diverse remodeling and investing career, Bill can work with mobile homes, single family homes, multi-family homes, land, and commercial properties.
